In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:
- Cancellation more than 45 days prior to the check-in date – 100% refund to the customer
- Cancellation within 45 days of the check-in date – No refund to the customer
In case, the cancellation, done by the Guests, takes place within 45 days of the check-in date due to some emergency, the same shall be dealt on case-to case basis with regards to refund amount. The Guests will be required to send a formal mail to support@planacation.com, citing the reasons for cancellation. Planacation, a unit of Vacay Abbhi Private Limited, may ask you to furnish documents/ evidences supporting the reason for cancellation of booking(s) made by the Guests. Failure to furnish such documents/ evidences, may result in no refund and closure of complaint/ request.
In the unlikely event, if Planacation, for any reason (including the sale of a property and force majeure), is unable to provide the Guest with the Property booked by the Guest, Planacation reserves the right to transfer the Guest and their party to an alternative Property of the similar type and value, in consultation with the Guest.
- If the price of the substituted Property is less than the original booking, the difference will be reimbursed to the Guest.
- If the price of the substituted Property is higher than the original booking, the difference may be charged to the Guest.
- If, in an unlikely event, Planacation is unable to provide you with any alternative Property, entire original booking amount shall be reimbursed to the Guest.
